Is there more than two genders?
I’d like to see some of you guys’ opinions regarding this matter... So to put the new-age debate to rest (?), what do you personally believe? Is there more than two?
As the person asking this I’m genuinely curious, as it’s a topic I’m not very informed about.
I personally believe that there are two genders: male and female. However, I also acknowledge if people chose to identify as something else, I simply don't see these labels as new genders, but rather a gray area on the female/male spectrum. reply
Gender = how you choose to identify (man, woman, trans, etc)
Sex = biological anatomy (male, female, intersex)
Gender is a spectrum, sex is not.

I'll refer to someone however they want. It's none of my business and they don't owe me an explanation/life story whatsoever. "gender" is basically based on stereotypes. We associate certain behaviors/preferences/perspectives with respective genders, which I truly don't believe in. I don't believe women innately have a certain attitude and the same...... 1 reply
to be honest i don’t know enough about it to have an opinion, but i really don’t care. if people want to claim another gender than the “normals” then so be it. it’s not bothering me lmao reply
I mean we as humans don't even strictly follow a two sexes thing. Any of us could be a mix of X and Y genes and not even know it. But We're talking gender here, which is a construct invented by society. So whose to say it has to stay as just two? Why not a cool spectrum with feminine on one side and masculine on the other and we're free to graze th...... reply
For me I’m not really sure. But I do believe in being transgender since there is a medical condition behind it. But to be honest people can be whatever gender they want to identify as cuz im not that bothered reply
Two set and predetermined biological genders, but anyone can identify as whatever/whoever they want - even an attack helicopter or a non-identifiable interspecies elf.
