I feel bad for them, but not for all. If it wasn't their fault that they became homeless, that's horrible. Unfortunately, though, so many people do this to themselves (like spending all money on drugs, etc).
I think that yes, the government should help these people. However, don't just give them apartments and/or money like some crazy places do. ......
