i still unintentionally self harm but i tell everyone else that im doing alright alrdy. by unintentionally, i mean even when i dont want to, whenever i get angry or smth, i punch, bite or mostly scratch myself. its deeply rooted in me, n my guess is that i dont want to damage other things so i js do it to my body. idk, i do think smths wrong w me, ...... 2 reply
