(insignificant note u should ignore: i wonder if we often associate "strong female lead" with masculine traits (and consequently neglect feminine traits) or if we consider a woman in love its opposite or if I'm just butthurt that no one's screaming "she's the epitome of strong female lead" in The Gyeongseong Mermaid which I never failed to see in manhwas with tomboyish female leads )
Well that's not easy.
1. Let's start with the female part : the character identifies herself as female. Her physical traits may matter story wise but I want to be very clear that "female" is not "feminine" or "breasted" or "vagina-ed". Easy. Now what's a lead?
