Sad for no real reason
Sometimes I just get sad like really sad. I have no reason to be sad. I can think of things to be sad about, but I can never pin point what I’m sad about. After being I feel nothing. Do y’all ever feel this way?

I think it's normal to cry often bc it shows that you aren't building up your emotions inside
