any tips on how to get better at math?
Yeah I really don't know what to do anymore. I'm going to the 10th grade and I barely understand things like fractions/functions, number lines, I barley know my multiplication on more, and I've tried re-learning all of this, I've watched videos I've tried asking for help when it was needed I've done everything people would suggest for you to do and I still can't understand any of it, I barley understand Algebra as a whole.
At this point I can't think of anything else to do besides use google or cry because I don't understand what I'm doing anything. I absolutely hate having to use google but I'm at a total lost at this point. I'm supposed to take geometry and algebra 2 when I start 10th grade and I already know I'm going to fall further behind.
Maybe it's a mindset problem? If you keep thinking that math is too complicated or hard, you're brain will refuse to think or learn about such things .
If it's not that, have you tried relearning the basic fundamentals/prerequisite before learning about the more complex topics? Many people struggle at math because they don't have a strong foundat...... 1 reply
