I need advice

I play Fortnite with people I have met on the game often. It’s 3 people that I regularly play with R, M, and A. I recently learned that M and R where talking abt me behind my bad because they said I steal all the loot when we are in games. They’ve joked about this durning games (calling me a lot goblin when we are waiting outside of a bunker or just calling me a loot goblin at the beginning of a game before I even hit the ground) but they have never seemed serious about it. Welp apparently they were and they never seriously talked to me abt it. So one night I was trying to get into the lobby with M and R (and my irl friend E) and no matter who I asked to invite me they wouldn’t. E was texting me telling me that R didn’t want to play with me and that he said he was upset about the loot thing. Before this I was completely clueless as to why I was being excluded. So I immediately apologized to him and M because I didn’t mean to make them upset and I had even tried to frl be more conscious about what I took when we where in games (side note, me and M don’t even use the same guns the only thing we really mutually like is smgs) so I felt completely blindsided and I was very sad. What made me sad wasn’t them not liking me taking stuff but the fact that they excluded me and didn’t tell me why. So fast forward to today I’m trying to play with R and A and once again I’m not being let in the lobby. Idk what to do at this point because it’s been a single day and they never mentioned the loot thing after that so I don’t know what I could have done wrong. Also might I add that R is a grown man and I am a 16 yr old and I have better communication skills then him atp because I cannot change what I do not know and the only one who talked to me abt the loot thing was M and he’s 17.

Tl Dr; how to get my online friend to communicate with me about problems he has with me and stop excluding me without explaining what’s wrong
