Sui/c/ida/l thoughts
Lately I'm having so much suicidal thoughts... Like I really want to disappear from everyone, including my parents.. I'm frustrated with my work life, my parents constantly pressuring me to get married, giving up on higher studies because of high tuition fees etc etc... all these led me to get frustration I guess...
I'm having these type of thoughts... e.g. Jumping before a running car or train or metro, jumping from high rise building (my work place) etc etc... I was even searching for medicines which will cause cardiac arrest in my sleep.. I think I'm having depression but I really don't want to see any doctors... I wanted to talk about these with my parents but I know they will never pay any attention to it...
So what should I do I'm really thinking about this right now! Do I have any other disease other than depression?? Will seeing a doctor help me out??
this sucks to say but asking this here isnt gonna be the help u want. even a basic Google might do better than a pirating manga site like c’mon now reply
Hey queen no tea no shade but I don’t think this is the right site to be asking for help! But I do hope you consider getting professional help! But remember to help your needs before your parents wants ( pressuring you into marriage )

Hey!! Please go talk to a professional. Someone that can help you sort these feelings out. Therapists are great. Please do not harm yourself in anyway. Know that it will get better, I know that many people have probably said this, but it really does, even if it takes time. It's okay to feel sad from time to time, i mean we're humans ofcourse we fee...... 3 reply
It's best to try to change some of your everyday situation, try going out somewhere, to an event, meet up with people. If you're frustrated with your job, try looking for other options of employment.
If you live with your parents maybe try moving away and becoming independent if possible. reply
Umm try not to think negative about yourself or anything take a breather if you feel as though you are on the verge of harming yourself or others reach out you don’t have to go through whatever you’re going through don’t underestimate if people will listen or not reach out so you can have help it’s never too late reply
I’ve been there, but never had the guts to go through with it, but I know what it feels like to just want to disappear.
You say you don’t want to see any doctors, so even if you went to one, it may not help if you’re not willing to talk to them.
I never tried a hotline, but the people there are trained to talk to people.
I went to therapy ...... reply
