Do you prefer to read early unofficial translation, or late official translation?
Do you prefer to read early unofficial translation, or late official translation? For the sake of this question, we are counting really good translations(Asura scans for example) as official. By unofficial, I mean strange fonts, lower resolution, weird turns of phrase and mainly those colorful watermarks. Basically if you are given the option between an extra chapter, that isn't that great, or waiting a week for something that looks nice, which do you usually pick?
I’d wait, mainly cuz unofficial trans has killed too many of my brain cells. Plus, sometimes the plot kind of erases with unofficial trans (E.G teen Manhua). So many plots have been labeled as ‘bad’ or ‘bland’ because of bad translations. I would prefer something I can enjoy over convenience. But I’m the type of person to go for quality...... reply
