How do you feel of you in my position?
Today is my birthday. like last year,, no one in my family, my friend who remember that Even though theres notification in my social media about my birthday, no one who close to me even brother to say one or two word for me. Its not like i want a gift. I just want to them remember me. Thats all. Its funny because i share my feeling here in even though y all don't know me.
Some people would say thinking of only yourself is being selfish. But to maintain balance, you need to only think of yourself sometimes. To be alone on your birthday, and have no one acknowledge it, is heartbreaking.
It is my opinion, for your own mental wellbeing, that you possibly find better people to surround yourself with. I would also ask if...... reply
hi, i think your feelings are completely valid. It porbably doesn't mean much but happy belated birthday. Please know that you're special and just because others don't remember your birthday it doesn't mean that you're anything less ! I'm an international student living abroad and my family forgets my bday once in a while, but I learn to accept it ...... 1 reply
I’ve been in your position before and all I can say is I didn’t care in the moment while the day was going on but once night time struck and I was alone to my thoughts, I cried

I would say if I were in your position, but I have been in your position this year. No one remembered my birthday aside from my parents and it's heartbreaking to experience that. It's completely fine to feel however you want about people not remembering your birthday. It can make you feel lonely and unworthy of people's affection if they can't give...... reply
Happy late birthday I hope the best for your future and that soon all those sad moments become nothing but faded memories. It might not be much but I seriously hope better days for you . You need to vent all you cause your feelings are valid and understandable you deserve better and you will get it never lose any hope. reply
