I deleted all short form social media for my sanity, and blocked YouTube shorts from my fyp. The addiction is real, my thumb kept clicking on where the Instagram icon was out of habit because I felt "bored" and my screen time was basically double what it is now. It's not even the content, it's the algorithm that forces these consecutive dopamine hi...... 2 reply
