I literally gained like 7 kg in like a month nd that's actly crazy... I have been eating sweets way back nd never gained any kg at all.. so rn I'm trying to cut sugars but the thing is it's hard, for a day I eat like vegetables nd like more protein nd fiber but ended up eating sweets afterwards... I've never thought my binge habit got worse.. but anyways I've been walking 10k everyday nd pilates afterwards then some cardio workouts. The thing is I want to fix my bad habit nd plan out my exercise, so could anyone rec me some good workout that loses fat ig that actly worked on u? I'm also trying to do calorie deficit but that shit confusing:(( can anyone pls help me out
Not going to help you with gym, since I barely exercise. If you want to lose weight, you need to be on calorie deficit. Just count the calories, there are many apps that will do it for you. I personally did that, and also cut out everything unhealthy cold turkey. For me losing weight was really hard, since I started on the low end of normal weight....... 1 reply
