Hi im 14 and im from a family whos scared of every animal on the face of the earth on the other hand i want to be a vet because i love animals but. My family's even scared of a hamster but i like them even snakes are adorable to me and i adore bigger dog breeds I made my mom promise to let me get a pet for my 15th b-day( august 30th) what should i get?
I know you said you like larger dog breeds, but for me a smart, little dog is the way to go since they make smaller messes and are easier to train. As a student, taking care of a large dog with a high play-drive could prove to be difficult if you don't have someone there to train them and keep them occupied during your school day.
