How to Lose Weight
Hi guys this is such a random topic but any tips on how to lose weight quickly? I’ve been trying for awhile and nothings been really working. If you have any workout tips or foods I should eat/avoid please help me out :)
caloric deficit is the obvious answer, maybe aim for a ~500~ deficit and it’ll be a STEADY weight loss plan, losing weight QUICKLY is often unhealthy and in the long run, inefficient and not consistent in weight. I do not recommend bc it’s not even good long term if you want to keep that body
