How to Lose Weight
Hi guys this is such a random topic but any tips on how to lose weight quickly? I’ve been trying for awhile and nothings been really working. If you have any workout tips or foods I should eat/avoid please help me out :)
Doing this rn for my health and it’s mainly calorie maintenance. Get an app to track your calories and stick to it. Once you get a feel for how much each meal is you don’t have to track it all the time on the app cause you already have an idea.
