How to Lose Weight
Hi guys this is such a random topic but any tips on how to lose weight quickly? I’ve been trying for awhile and nothings been really working. If you have any workout tips or foods I should eat/avoid please help me out :)
I lost like 17kg in 3 months by sticking to a calorie deficit and working out 5 days a week. It was rlly tiring but I found it easier to stick to a routine and do it so I ate the same thing everyday and did the same workouts everyday.
