How to Lose Weight
Hi guys this is such a random topic but any tips on how to lose weight quickly? I’ve been trying for awhile and nothings been really working. If you have any workout tips or foods I should eat/avoid please help me out :)
you can also try fasting (?) if that's what they call it. for this you need to differentiate hunger from craving food, you will only eat when you're hungry, means it doesn't have to be a 3 meals or more, just eat when you know you're hungry (HUNGRY! NOT STARVING!).
I'm doing this right now and helps me a lot. Since I'm not used to eating breakfas...... 1 reply
