because they can either have a power trip when bulling someone who they know wouldn't fight back and/or can't do anything about it to stop it, or they just are really sick in the head and just want someone to feel pain that maybe they have felt.some people just like seeing others in pain as it brings them a sense of joy, humans are pretty fucked up...... reply
