If so, can you tell me the symptoms you had before you got diagnosed by a doctor ? For me, I have a foamy urine and joints pain before I got diagnosed with lupus after doing kidney biopsy

It’s was painful because I understand what was everyone saying . I can understand and I wish I could talk back then but I was never able to say a single word .
