Idk what to do

Uhm I know this is dumb to post on a p0rn website and all but I kinda feel safe on here lol. Anyway I think I'm dealing with depression bc I feel like I'm on the verge of tears, have no energy nor appetite and have daily su1cid3 thoughts. And I'm not too sure if I want to tell my parents cuz I definitely know they'll worry about me too much and I'll get stressed. So that's why I plan to tell my doctor but the problem is it's gna take a while till I see them again and Idk what to do in the meanwhile??? Should I tell my brother cuz I trust him the most rn? I'd love to hear some advice.
Telling your brother seems the right thing to do, because it’s best to tell someone in case things get unmanageable for you.
I’m sure a lot of us here have been where you are (I know I have) and sharing it with someone, even on here, is the big first step.
