How to feel better about yourself?
I say idc about whatever others think of me but i actually do give fuck ◉‿◉ the next moment I step outside i feel so fucking ugly, feels like everyone can notice my fawls... I know I'm not that bad but idk my self esteem getting lower and social anxiety is making it worse
Okay remember that when you step outside people are trying to survive the shitstorm that is life and couldn't give a flying fuck about you or how you look. Sometimes there are exceptions but those are minority usually reply
