Quick shower:
10 minutes, military style. Water on, get wet (hopefully), off. Shampoo. Lather. Scrub scalp. Water on, rinse, off. Soap bar, lather. Water on, rince, off. Done.
Long shower:
Same as previous, but now add be use of those Korean exfoliating pads and I scrub my epidermis off. Takes about 20 minutes for a thorough scrub and voila, fre......
