I know this is old but.. there were content creator who said that they thought Gon from hunter x hunter and Shota from shota oni sexy and highlighted the fact that he thinks that young anime kids are sexy but not irl kids cuz that's so wrong. Ppl cancelled him tho and everytime he tries to exist on any social media platform he'd always get taken down immediately and now some ppl feel bad for him for that.
Now I'm curious about ur opinions, do u think he deserved this?
This is a tricky subject because someone being attracted to kids isn't necessarily an indicator that they'll hurt anyone. In fact, if we were more prepared to help those people and give them resources, rather than using their weaknesses as a point of shame, I think more people would seek help to begin with.
