has anybody ever gone through multiple different emotions in one sitting/horrible awful disgusting mental episodes before going thru their cycle? Is it just a mental illness thing or sth deeper??????
Omg PMDD like everytime like for 7-10 days before my period i just wanna kms. Like usually i get my period every 4 months but this time around ive been getting it regularly and its been HELL like literally not even 2 weeks pass and i wanna fight my customers and kms infront of annoying coworkers so i can rest in peace and traumatize them at the sa...... 1 reply
i want to end myself before my period starts everytime. everything looks like a tool i can use to kill myself. once my period comes, i don't have those kind of thoughts anymore. reply
Absolutely! if you are AFAB PMDD is really a thing. I don't have PMDD but I have Endo and PCOS, I would get sent into pain flares which severely hit my mental health. not to mention the chronic fatigue and migraines. ADHD or ASD can also make your cycle worse. reply
i'm mentally ill and honestly, i don't feel too different in my period. i'm always depressed, so if i'm depressed in my period i wouldn't be able to tell. the only thing i've noticed is that when i'm near my period, my reasons for being sad are different as i tend to feel alone (something that when i'm in a depressive episode doesn't really bother ...... reply
I feel angry (without reason sometimes too) and irritate with everything when im near period.
But when I'm depressed, i feeling bored with everything, i feel useless, everything that goes wrong is my fault, feeling tired all the time, sometimes insomnia or sleep too much, i feel like wanting to end my meaningless life. Everything is very tiring, ea...... reply
