Depends on the subject, usually for subjects like lit or history cramming was the best option for me, studied only a day before the exams. Cramming never worked for mathematics (obviously) and science subjects because every math and science teacher I have had the pleasure to study from was a total bitch and took pride in the fact that no one got a ...... reply

in my case, when it comes to cramming is i do active recall where I'll recite the things i learned from the lessons and then after that, I'd go on to read the study material more so that the areas that i wasnt able to cover would be filled in with information then again do the recall. usually, if i have enough time, I'd do use the feynman ...... reply
