My dad has tartar and plaque I'm thinking of buying water floss so does it really work on him can it really remove tartar? He is quite old and idk how to help him . You may think why i didn't take him to dental hospital he is scared to go and has mental illness so please help me.

Those water flossers are dangerous because they can loosen the tooth and cause it to fall out, going to the dentist is really the only option to REALLY get rid of all that tartar and plaque, but for now have him floss during night if not every meal, alongside brushing twice everyday. reply
