Idk if I have insomnia or something but I can’t sleep like a normal human being, haven’t been able to for a few years but whatever anyways I’m just gonna sleep now at 3:30 :))
My sleep schedule it messed up too . I am trying to mend it though.
Edit - I sleep between 1 am -2 am ...
It takes me more than one hour to fall asleep though reply
