What makes you feel confident/build confidence?
I didn't think I'd get to a consistent phase of my life where I'm no longer confident in myself, when I lack the reality to assess myself, lack the ability to talk to people or work on existing close friendships. How do you build confidence as a person then?
I try to build myself back again. And make myself happy along the way. Because to be confident in yourself is too also be happy and to love yourself as well reply
