you might just be burnout tbh. if you can afford to drop everything and just do things that will help you recharge. if you want a temporary fix, try to consistently exercise everyday for 30mins (running is the best). it will give you immediate boost of energy to at least accomplish one thing a day reply

Especially when cleaning or studying, I prefer to use body doubling. Have a friend hang out with you while you are doing tasks and it can motivate you and help w focus.

I’ll be honest I do not think there is anyway as I’m stuck in the same cycle… but self pressure or maybe goals setting even the tiniest goal would help…I think? I’m not sure bc only ever self pressure works for me… reply
consume ungodly amounts of caffeine (and water) so the shakes force you to move around, use a hour-blocked agenda book so you don't put stuff off endlessly, and maybe switch up your hobbies or schedule so it seems more appealing to do;; also if you have friends call them to help motivate you;; and ofc sleep and eat your vitamins and stuff
