Ok so my older sibling recently found BJ alex and started reading it, they also told me that they uses manga owl not mangago. And today they asked me if I knew what yaoi was, and I was like ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶ NOPE! bc I would hate for them to know. And honestly I started reading yaoi 3 years ago sooooo..... Yeah. And after they told me I felt super proud that I had already read probably 600+ yaoi, mangas, etc. and watched animes, and that I was way ahead of them even though they are older than me.
TL;DR My older sibling started yaoi and I felt superior because I already read yaoi.
So... Do you guys like that you have experience compared to the newbies when you meet them??? (⌒▽⌒)
No. Similar to anime. I don't look down on anime, it's just that I definitely could've done something better in my life than watch for a 1/3 of my childhood and teenhood. Even now I'm struggling to cut back.
So to BL manga newbs, when I see them starting out, I pray they don't end up constantly searching for more, checking recent updates everyday,...... reply
