You need lifesaving surgery but your pfp, least favorite character, and favorite (or second fave if it's the same as your pfp) character are your surgeons, are you going to survive?
I feel like my Pfp and favorite character cancel each other out but if they’re busy fighting while I’m on the table then that’ll mean my least favorite character is left to actually do the surgery and with that being said I’m 100% surviving mf will give up their own organs for me to have a chance at living.
