I love making cookies but with coconut oil instead of butter I do double chocolate with like three tablespoons of espresso powder in there. The best thing to do though is let your cookies sit in the freezer for like a week because then a lot of water content evaporates and you’re cookie tastes way better because the flavor is more concentrated.
