Do you guys prefer a leader who starts off strong or a leader that starts off as really ditsy but eventually gets the hang of it?

I prefer a stupid ruler+smart advisor who probably wants to quit. Props if they end up together. Or maybe a lady ruler who is a baddie would be nice too. reply
