Transgender Omegaverse
I had this late night thought when I was about to sleep. Does trans omegaverse exist? So far, we know that there are 4 types of secondary genders Alpha, Beta, Omega and Enigma (does Enigma count?). Since its a secondary gender does this mean that there are surgeries in the ABO world to change your gender?
Like for example Hyesung from Love is an illusion. I haven't read that since 2020 but I do remember him wanting to be an alpha. So does that count him being in the trans umbrella?

the tea is that it depends on what version of omegaverse a given author subscribes too. I’ve read fics where it’s possible newly presenting alphas can be “bitched” (fucked) and then turn into omegas and vice versa, and others where characters just take hormones that change their physiology.
