OKAY HEAR ME OUT you get tofu, cucumber, and nori (seaweed paper) and ya chop it all up into lil chunks - bite sized - and ya add a LITTLE splash of soy sauce and fish sauce and ya give it a good ol shake or mix or whatever then you do a fancy sprinkle of sesame seeds and ya done. You can make pasta with literally any sauce, topping, meat, soup, vegetables... you want, so many recipes out there and most of them are pretty quick to make (unless you make your own pasta)
My go to pastas are :
1. Pasta with eggs cooked in tomato sauce (you can add vegetables too if you want, even meat)

Canned sardines on wheat bread takes 2 minutes (plus maybe something fresh like carrot sticks, celery, an apple, banana, whatever) (OR chop up and boil broccoli/cauliflower it takes like 5 minutes)

a good sandwich and rice bowl will go far!! both of these are super easy, ingredients are all up to your budget, and depending on what you put in it most of the time it's very nutritious too! i've never gotten sick of these either since there's so many variations you can create.
