I have a weird one, but I like to cut paper while watching TV or listening so music. Been doing that forever and it's calming my mind and making me feel relaxed
Or you could start some shows and movies or read some books (like you can find anything with books) or go walk in nature (if it's possible in your area) reply
I love to explore for example when I drive home I will sometimes take different routes just to see where it takes me or I’ll randomly pick a nearby destination to go to and see what it’s about. When it works out it feels like my own secret spot and when it doesn’t it’s scary af in the moment but to look back on it it’s kinda cool to know ...... reply
You should definitely journal. I recently started journaling a couple of days ago and it's literally so fun. It's like a safe space for you and your thoughts. I would definitely recommend! reply
Try face painting! You can buy some cheap face paints to practice with, and it's so fun to use yourself as a canvas. Plus, it's rewarding to see your progress and have an (almost) immediate result! reply
