Well if its something you enjoy doing I would look for alternatives. For example, you dont have to be a surgeon, maybe work in radiology instead. Instead of a hospital, maybe work in a clinic. Hey how do yall dream? I was talking to my mother about my dream and she looked at me like I had five heads. When I dream, I tend to see from the 3rd person, watching everything either like a movie or a spirit wandering around. I also dont typically have a physical body unless I will it, and even then I can customize who or what I am. (Possessing people is also something I can do). I hate having a physical form in my dreams, it feels so restricting and weighted.
My mother dreams in the first person, as in through her own eyes and can never change this. She is always herself and the only time her appearance changes is if she changed her appearance irl (like cutting or dying her hair). That's crazy to me? How do you live like that??
