so... Do the time difference between fat people cutting their wrist to die compared to slim people is different? Like longer than slim people? Do people even die from cutting their wrist? First of all, wrist-cutting does not directly lead to death. One cut on the wrist is not enough to bleed out from. Perhaps, with many deep cuts. Maybe, if the whole hand says goodbye to the wrist. Ok so it will definitely take more time to pierce through a fat person's wrist (more fat) but then wrists are generally the slimmest body part for a lot of people and even in extremely obese people the veins would still be superficial enough to cut easily. No. It depends (I actually don't know) but for mine, I did not die but I lost a lot of blood and my parents ended up paying for hospital bills. I do have a scar, a fckn ugly scar 1 reply
It's actually super difficult to die from cutting, no matter your weight. And I'm definitely overweight, but it's not like I have a random pocket of fat on my wrist that would make it more difficult to die than a thin person. 1 reply
