"we need to control and change her!, instead she is changing us"

These are the words come out of my mother mouth, I was going to shower and I heard my mother and my sibling talking something but i couldn't hear it well so I got closer to hear then i heard it. Like why? All I ever did was ran away from home because i couldn't handle in here they don't even wanna hear my thoughts. My parents don't even like eachother and my sibling is mad that i can't handle things even small because he had to handle more in his age . This house hold is mentally ill and unstable. They are scared of my father and mad i brought even more trouble to them?. What am I supposed to do? They think controlling me and making me become like them? Like what mindless? I just wanna cry and get out of this house .
