how to tell my friend to talk about something else. politely
i recently recommended my friend a thai drama and she has her eyes on the ml. everytime i talk to her at school, the only thing she talks abt is that actor. it has been a week and i want to talk abt smth else but everytime i change the subject to something else she somehow just finds ways to bring it back to this actor. pls give me advice.
If it's acc your friend just confront it. Like " HOW LONG ARE YOU GOING TO TALK ABT THAT GUY, I GET IT HES HOT STFU" or SMTH, works for my friends 2 reply
I agree with the person who said ignore her ignore her completely when she talks about him and then talk about what you want to talk about but when she interjects you can politely tell her “sorry but can we talk about this first I don’t want to talk about the actor anymore” reply
