It was a yaoi manga
There were three people on the cover, in the background there was a library - a blond man, a brown-haired man with glasses and a muscular tattoo artist, I'm not sure exactly.
I know that the content was this, the brown-haired guy with glasses was working/or taking care of the library and the blonde was helping him [where he and the blonde were together and then broke up] then the third guy appeared and took care of the blonde, so they were having fun with each other, just to get the attention of the one with glasses...
