Does anyone know any good or legit adhd test for free, I need to know if I have adhd because I am going insane as times goes on. I feel like I am not matured at all.
as an ADHDer & someone studying / working in healthcare, there is no legit free ADHD test but I'd start by looking up "adults with ADHD" and reading up on articles to see how it shows up in adolescents/young adults & what you can relate to.
