Personally, I'm christian don't have a problem with it, l like the stories in the bible and im genuinely growing closer to God as a whole :)
BUT I had a friend in the 7th grade who kept pushing the religion onto me and i didn't appreciate it cause she did the opposite of what she preached LIKE.... and honestly most people are doing much excpectly ...... reply
I’ve had some bad experiences with Christians :(. I’m an atheist and I don’t really care what you do with your life as long as it doesn’t affect me in a bad way. I used to believe in a christian god when i was really young and I used to find it comforting, but thinking back it was harmful and made me so easy to manipulate as soon as someone mentioned god and stuff. One time a straight Catholic friend started a convo about whether the Bible was down for gay marriage and I was just like "dude, i'm not a bible stan im just a queer, idk, idgaf" So my thoughts are: Christians are mostly chill but sometimes they want you to debate your rights against their holy scripture which can be annoying.

I'm Christian but am I a devoted one? not really. My mother's side of the family are devoted Christians specially my mom so growing up I go to church a lot, till I was in my teens I attended weekly church but during my late teen I went less and less cuz of too much school work plus with my health getting worse (stress fucked up my health).
