What stuff in yaoi turnes you off?
Is there something in perticular, maybe something unusual when you are reading that really just turnes you off? A specific hairstyle? A behaviour you don't like? Clothes?
If we're talking about yaoi with ACTUAL plots, then:
1. MAJOR LOVE TRIANGLES. Just doesn't do it for me. I don't like sympathizing with the "other" guy, making me feel bad for him when he doesn't get chosen by the MC.
