Not only does it confuse me considering the kind of website this is, but i can’t help but laugh as to why they even interact with it in the first place! I know I’m making a joke out of this, but really, it is troubling. It’s not exactly fun wanting to connect and fangirl with others after finishing reading something just to be met with what looks like a playground with teenagers crying about how it’s wrong and disgusting? I really hope I’m not the only one troubled by this….i really wish we all could just be reminded to stay away from what we don’t like to read and leave others be.
Really, you’re allowed to be uncomfortable and disagree with certain things but it’s also up to you to curate your own space and what you can tolerate and what not. Let’s respect each other, not spread hate and harassment. Especially on this beloved website!

One thing I've learned reading manga on this site is that when there are 'antis' flooding comment sections about how something is wrong and disgusting- it usually is. I'm someone who likes something "problematic" as well (not shota though). I recommend either not talking about it (which is what I do) or accepting the fact that people are going to judge you for the things you're into, or at least be vocal about disliking them, both of which are perfectly within their rights.

I think it is good to criticize problematic works in a way that brings attention to the issues in it since someone who may be going through something similar but in denial could realize from the comments that hey this isn’t okay.
