Racism against Indians online
I know this isn’t really the place to bitch about this but Jesus christ why is the Indian hate getting so fucking out of hand. I once fought with a white guy who left a comment on a reel made by an Indian for the Indian audience. I also regularly see comments about how they want an “Indian holocaust”. Like I get that the country is a bit shit to live in but the hate is unwarranted I feel.
what makes me even more disappointed is that a lot of the time these sorts of comments come from poc or people that have dealt with similar types of racism themselves. like damn i thought yall would understand what its like to be called dirty or smelly just because of ur race. one time i clicked on a racist comment's profile and the mfer was ITALIA...... reply
