You know the "drunk people don't want tea" "minors don't want tea" thing? I think it should go both fucking ways
The drunk version:
If a person who is intoxicated assault you they have a legitimate defends that they were incapacitated and didn't know what they were doing. I think it shouldnt be an applicable defense at all
