He/him lesbians are a valid thing and have been for a long time. Pronouns don't define gender exactly they're simply a part of speech. You can still be considered a lesbian.

im actually a genderfluid lesbian who primarily uses masc pronouns, and there are many lesbians who are masc and go by he/him, he/they etc. it's all valid, the lesbian label has always been really inclusive and accepting

1. he/him lesbian is an established butch queer culture thing afaik, but i think the pronoun is separate from the gender; if the actual gender is giving "he/they" with little to no "she" then it's giving straight. but if its mostly just "they" vibes then flip a coin.
