absolutely loathe how the author of Who Made Me A Pricess chose to redeem the clown of a father, a literal demon. the story perpetuates a harmful narrative that horrific acts committed by men against vulnerable children and entire nations are not only forgivable, but also worthy of a happy ending and the unconditional love of their children.
