Anybody else noticed that the more you read the less you show interest in real people?
I've always been an introvert so avoiding people is my normal but now it's gotten worst, I can stay almost a month without using social media, don't like returning calls till days later and avoid conversations. Go to work read, go back home read. I'm getting worried, is this normal?
I mean I am an ambivert but lately I have been noticing I just have no desire to be involved with people. I would talk to them but being involved and being freinds is kinda slightly off putting lately. Idk if it's weird. I just don't want to be involved with them.
